About The Role:

You’ll take end-to-end accountability for our card and embedded finance solutions, driving strategic direction, business outcomes, and customer value.

In this leadership role, you act as the accountable owner for co-branded card programs, BIN sponsorships, and our Visa Principal membership, ensuring commercial success, regulatory compliance, and seamless partner experiences.

You collaborate closely with executive leaders, product and operations teams, and external partners to scale safe, compliant, and high-impact financial solutions. Always with a focus on measurable value creation.

Expect a Day Full of:

• Owning the vision, business outcomes, and roadmap for YAPEAL’s solutions, aligned with enterprise OKRs and strategy
• Leading and scaling our Card Co-Branding and BIN Sponsorship solutions for sustainable partner growth
• Acting as the owner of YAPEAL’s Visa Principal Membership, managing key network and scheme relationships
• Overseeing compliance, governance, and risk management in collaboration with Legal, Risk, and Operations
• Representing your solution in SAFe® ceremonies, ensuring alignment across value streams and delivery teams
• Using data and insights to monitor performance and continuously improve scalability, reliability, and customer satisfaction

Who We’re Looking For:

• Proven leadership in FinTech, Payments, or Card Issuing, ideally with CaaS or embedded finance experience
• Solid understanding of Visa/Mastercard network management, payment schemes, and card regulations
• Experience with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe®) and cross-domain collaboration
• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and influencing skills
• Familiarity with card issuing platforms, APIs, and compliance standards (FINMA, AMLA, PCI DSS, PSD2) is a plus
• Strategic and hands-on approach in a regulated, high-growth environment
• Business-fluent English, (Swiss-)German and/or French is a plus
