As our Finance & Accounting Manager, you’ll be at the heart of all things in finance – from budgeting and reporting to overseeing our client money processes. Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll lead key finance and accounting initiatives, support decision-making with robust financial models, and ensure regulatory compliance in everything we do.

You'll be working across departments, building financial processes that scale, and ensuring our numbers are not just correct – but meaningful. Finance & Strategy

• Owning budgeting, forecasting, and expense tracking

• Building models that support strategic and operational decisions

• Developing financial cases for products, partnerships, and initiatives

Accounting & Compliance

• Defining accounting policies and coordinating with fiduciary partners

• Leading monthly closings, annual statements, and audits

• Ensuring accurate, timely reporting and compliance with Swiss regulations

Client Money & Reconciliation

• Overseeing client money flows and reconciliation across SIC, SNB, VISA

• Collaborating with tech and ops to improve payment accuracy and automation

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field

• 3-5 years of experience in finance/accounting, ideally in a fintech or startup

• Strong understanding of Swiss regulations, client money segregation & interbank flows

• Excellent Excel / Google Sheets skills; experience with tools like Abacus or Bexio

• A structured thinker with an eye for detail and a hands-on approach

• Independent and proactive personality – you're comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment

• Fluency in (Swiss-)German and English are a must
