As our IT & Premises Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our internal IT infrastructure and workspace operations. 

From managing networks and end-user devices to coordinating external service providers and ensuring compliance, you’ll wear many hats — and own them all with confidence. 

You’ll work hands-on to maintain stability, support scalability, and make sure our people have the tools and environment they need to do their best work.

• Managing and maintaining the company-wide IT, application, and network infrastructure

• Setting-up and configuring laptops and devices (Windows, macOS, Linux, Chromebooks) and automate employee onboarding across key systems

• Administering Google Workspace and other integrated tools (e.g. Gmail, secure exchange, Friendly).

• Monitoring IT infrastructure performance and ensuring network stability and security

• Supporting and executing IT changes, as well as incident and problem management

• Documenting, maintaining, and optimizing IT processes and the overall IT application landscape

• Overseeing and managing external IT and infrastructure service providers

• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, including support for audits and Business Continuity Management (BCM)

• Taking ownership of access management and maintaining departmental policies and contracts

• Actively contributing to crisis management and provide support and backup across other IT Operations areas as needed

• Advanced experience in managing enterprise networks, IT systems, and infrastructure components.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a solution-oriented mindset

• Hands-on approach with a high level of initiative and ownership

• Solid understanding of facility infrastructure housing IT systems (e.g. servers, storage, networking hardware)

• Proven ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at various levels

• Practical knowledge of setting up and maintaining VPNs, fiber networks, firewalls, and Wi-Fi infrastructure

• Familiarity with IT security standards, regulatory requirements, and compliance frameworks relevant to the financial industry (e.g. FINMA, ISO 27001)
